     Robin Banks is the Office Assistant for Clarity and Wellness Psychiatry, LLC. She graduated from Bluefield College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Development and Management followed by MBA from Strayer University in 2006. 

      Robin also received a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management and Marketing. She attended J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College for studies in Banking, Finance and Fashion Merchandising. She has 30 years of work experiences in the United States Government. While at the US Postal Service, she worked as a Manager, Supervisor and Senior Customer Service Representative in Human Resource. She also worked at the VAMC as a medical clerk in Ambulatory Care, Procurement Clerk, and in the Pharmacy.

      Robin’s passion is on serving the needs of patients with compassion and care. Her goal is to create a well-functioning and productive work environment for serving of the patients, families and team.
